Our Request

To ensure that customers are provided with the highest quality food and service, L’Effervescence confirms any allergies or preferences in advance and carefully selects, purchases, and preps courses before customers arrive for their reservation. Due to a high volume of requests and to prevent overlap with reservations, we kindly ask that customers secure their booking by paying for their meal in advance. We hope you enjoy your time at L’Effervescence.

The restaurant requires male guests to wear a jacket and collared dress shirt.
We are sorry but T-shirts, short pants and rough attire such as sportswear are not acceptable.
We are sorry but footwear such as sandals, slippers and sneakers are also not acceptable.
We are sorry but the wearing of perfume/cologne is also not acceptable.
We ask for your cooperation in removing hats or headwear inside the restaurant.

Comments and Requests

Cancellation Policy

※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 7 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund.
※ Cancellations made between 15:00 JST of 7 days before the reservation date to 15:00 JST of 4 days before the reservation date eligible to receive a 50% refund of the completed payment (50% cancellation charge).
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 4 days before or within 3 days from the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund (100% cancellation charge).
※ All changes to the reservation are required to be made at least 15:00 JST of 7 days before the reservation date.　　
※ Requests to change or cancel a reservation made after the specified days above will not be eligible for any refund and requests to change the reservation to an alternative date/time will not be accommodated.
※ Your reservation will be completed through us at My Concierge Japan. Please contact us at My Concierge Japan regarding any requests to change or cancel your reservation and not through other channels.
