Owner and chef of the critically-acclaimed restaurant “Tout-Le-Monde,” it was listed in the Michelin Guide as 1 Star in 2010. In 2014, the restaurant’s name changed to “ad hoc” and relocated. In 2015, it was listed in the Michelin Guide as 1 Star and garnered a strong following as a famous French restaurant.
Training at numerous French cuisine restaurants, the owner and chef Tasuhiro Takayama also studied and graduated from a prestigious culinary school in France. Tasuhiro Takayama’s creations are widely acclaimed. Not only the taste of his cuisine but the outside-the-box concepts utilized and the modern art-like plating, are very impressive and highly praised by other chefs.
