Osaka Sushi

Premier Michelin 2 Star Sushi Restaurant in Osaka

Harasho is at the head of Osaka’s preeminent sushi restaurants and continues to earn two Michelin stars. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, in a traditional sukiya-style architecture interior, the restaurant has a peaceful ambiance. Alluring gourmands from across Japan and around the world, it continues to be one of the most difficult restaurants in Osaka to secure reservations.
The chef and owner, Mr. Ishikawa, is a hardworking and master sushi chef that exemplifies the shokunin of Japan. He has represented Osaka in Japan’s National Sushi Competition, taking home the Prime Minister’s award for sushi. While founded on classic Edomae principles, Mr. Ishikawa’s minimalist approach is to seek the most natural way to enjoy sushi and to focus on the pure flavors of ingredients.
